1. How do I book a session? Can I reschedule or cancel?

 To book a session, simply choose your desired package and contact us with your preferred date and location. For rescheduling or cancellation, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

2. How do I choose a location? Are there any restrictions on locations?

Choose a location that holds special meaning or brings you joy. While we are open to various locations, please ensure they are publicly accessible and safe. Please keep the location within York, Oxford or Edinburgh with a maximum distance of 30 miles radius.

3. What's included in each package? How long do sessions last?

Our portraits include 2 hours of photography at your chosen location, with all photos delivered digitally, each session gives you 6 photos.  

4. What are the payment options? Are there any additional costs?

We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. The price quoted for your package is all-inclusive, with no hidden costs.

5. How and when will I receive my photos? Will they be edited?

You'll receive your photos digitally within 2 weeks of the session. All photos will be professionally edited for quality.

6. How should I prepare for my photo session? What should I wear?

 Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. We recommend outfits that reflect your personality and the nature of the shoot.

7. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the outdoor shoot?

In case of bad weather, we can reschedule the session to another day that suits you, or select an alternative indoor location if preferred.

8. Can I request specific shots or themes?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share any specific ideas or themes you have in mind for your session. You can send us example images that we can replicate too!

9. Are pets allowed in sessions?

Yes, pets are welcome in our sessions. We love capturing the special bond you share with your furry friends.

10. Can I use these photos for personal or commercial purposes?

All photos are yours to use for personal purposes. For commercial use, please discuss with us for appropriate licensing.
